[Bug] Accessibility permission detection falsely reports disabled after app restart on macOS 15

Environment:

• macOS Sequoia 15.1
• Apple Silicon M3 Max
• Winstis v0.1.2-preview

Issue: Winstis is already checked in Privacy & Security -> Accessibility. However, upon restarting the app, a banner warns:

"Accessibility permissions not ready; context menu injection disabled"

Toggling the checkbox off and on resolves it temporarily. Suspected TCC cache invalidation issue on Sequoia.
