[Bug] Context menu occasionally blurry on Windows 11 with 150% DPI scale

Environment:

• OS: Windows 11 23H2
• Monitors: 4K (150% DPI) primary + 1080P (100% DPI) secondary
• Version: v0.1.2-preview

Steps to reproduce:

1. Right click on primary display—rendering is crisp.
2. Drag window to secondary display and open context menu.
3. Subpixel antialiasing fails, resulting in blurry font edges.
